Description:
The Connect Realty brokerage contains around 200+ agents and the goal behind having a marketing team was to give them the option to have cohesive materials built that are tailored to them and their audience. The role of the graphic designer was to build out anything an agent requests they need for their business. These projects ranged in digital and print assets from social media banners/posts, digital newsletters, logos to car magnets, flyers, and even a magazine; I created a bundle of designs which became called a ‘brand kit’, and this kit contained social media banners, an email signature, a business card, and a logo if they wanted. The turnaround time for these projects was typically 48 hours, with the exception of the brand kits being a week. Because of the quick turnaround time, Canva was the primary tool used unless it was a more thought out design, in which the Adobe Suite would be utilized.
