Description:
SCAD FASH was in need of an invite for an exhibition commemorating late fashion designer, Karl Lagerfeld. This event needed a printed, premium invitation that consisted of a card, envelope, and a response card with an envelope.
Objective:
Karl Lagerfeld was known for very classic looks, so for this invitation I chose to focus on the Couture Spring 2019 collection which consisted of softer colors with intricate detailing. The pattern and foiled parts come directly from the dress displayed on this inside of the card, with the feather sleeve inspired by its look on a red carpet.
